Addicts 2 Special

So before I begin. This isn't a game, nor a movie...just something that is interactive and quite amusing.

Bryan (The Bev) and I (CB), decided to create something before the next cartoon of the Addicts that will be due out in 2009 to kind of tide things over to show that we are still producing our series. It took about a little over a week to make, and I am relatively new to Action Script.

If you haven't seen our pilot, i suggest you check that out! We are currently writing the script for the second episode as of now, but like I said...this is just a little preview/special on our series.

We hope you enjoy, and like i mentioned...it should be quite amusing.

Thank you!

Clever, but not effective enough.

I like the idea of providing a interactive "game" for your series. I especially liked the character animations when clicking a person. However, the buttons were hard to find (for awhile I thought that the main menu was the entire production.), but the info on the pages was suitable. Not bad!

dont be homos

party with girls you fagz

Fun, but ultimately a holdover for whats coming

What kind of shit is this? Addicts? Youth of America my ass!

Haha. Really though, this just started out as a late night, surprisingly sober idea. What it morphed into was a two week project by us, to really kind of expand upon the background of the Pilot Addicts episode, and serve as feeder for the next few episodes.

I think if anything, focus on the animation. I know that's a lot of what sticklers on this site hounded us on in the Pilot, not the humor or the premise. It's definitely improved and a sign of what's to come. Even with the work and progress I did on it, I have fun playing around with it; it's funny.

Basically, this is a transition. If you saw the first cartoon, the next one is going to top it by leaps of bounds in every which way. For anyone who liked the first one, the wait is worth your while.

Pong on.
