I started making it in my computer class, out of bordom, it was fun, drawing and making a movie. I am making a part two, and a sprite game. I based his face from the popular Madness series, which i am a huge fan of.

that was really bad, you didn't put any effort into that animation...
You need to practice animating a walk/run cycle and do little animations before you submit anything. try to make your changes in the stickfigure a little smaller, and raise the fps to at least 20

it was bad. but here's what you can do to improve:
the absolute most important thing for you IMO is add sound. sound effects and music are really important for a good movie
the next thing is work on the artwork. i know drawing on flash isnt the easiest thing but you can do better than that.
finally to improve the animation quality you should add more frames so the animation runs more smoothly. some bits are laggy and it doesnt look very good.
I hope you take these things to heart for i believe someday i could see you on this site as one of the best out there
or you can be like me and after one not so good submission quit and never animate again haha

I think you could do better. Try adding sound and spending more time on the artwork. Your end product is directly proportional to the amount of effort you put in, so give it your all and keep up the work.
Not that bad
It felt like a parody on Madness at some part, I saw a episode of spongebob flying by, and general stickfigurry stuff =P
I think this could be faaaar more interesting if you added sounds and or music to it, now it just feels.. unfinished.
Also, for your 'sequel' you can improve your animation's looks greatly by putting more frames in it, you'll get a better flow.
Lastly, a play button and replay button can be real handy.
