i promised id babysit my baby cousin and he is really annoying so i decided to eat bad chicken to intentionally get temporarily sick. this is wat happened....

Well, this definitely has all the elements of a scat flash that's intended for NG, alright. Just work on your drawing and your animation and maybe you'll stop getting such harsh reviews. A little bit of improvement goes along way. But the concept is a universally approved NG concept, so points go to you for that. Maybe make it longer next time. Good music though. Very ambient.
