People need to learn to vote more than just 5's and 0's.
People vote 5 on things they 'sorta' like, and thats why crap gets though.

The flash itself was not very good, and the idea is just wrong. I don't know if you have actually watched the portal to see what goes through and doesn't, but you have no right to say that good flashes get blammed, or that people just vote zero for the hell of it. If you'd seen the work of people like squf, Cereal, and the crew flashes, you would realize that Newgrounds has the opposite problem: too many people just spam 5 to a lot of flashes. If a large number of your flashes get blammed, your work must be an unearthly horror the likes of which I don't want to imagine.
