Edit: I've been thinking about maybe having a health bar sort of thing and actual backgrounds such as a desert in the second one so tell me what you think about that,

Edit: For those confused, there's one guy who mainly deals with weapons and the other mainly deals with magic and such, also, as they become more damaged, they become more transparent.
This is my first attempt at a stick flash and also my second flash on newgrounds so please don't judge too harshly. I started this a pretty long time ago and semi-recently decided to finish it so you can see how it gets better as it goes along.
I'm planning on making a sequel which will be much better, (provided I go through with it) I'm planning on having up to 4 fighters in it but I can't really come up with anything good besides splitting the weapons and mage guys into two parts, so PM or review with your ideas. I'm gonna also want the sequel to be as good as possible so please post reviews with ideas/ways to improve it.
That's about all I have to say, I hope you enjoy it!

A few suggestions....
I would recommend a background, I would also recommend changing the colors of the fighters so that it is easier to tell them apart. I like the idea of fading them out to show life force, but I'm not really sure what that last bit with the flashing was... Was he dying, or trying to regen?
Anyway, if you do make another, most often the four major character classes are Mage, Fighter, Healer, Rogue. So if you split the fighter character into a guy with swords/maces/staffs/chains and a guy with bows/guns/daggers and then add a white mage, you could team battle them that way. It would be hard to put a white mage into a four way free for all though. :) This is actually one of the better stick submissions I've seen in a while. Your framerate was decent, lots of cool graphics and plenty of color. Good sound effects. This is worth keeping, especially if it lays the groundwork for even better in the future. Good luck!

wow this was great man.. i luved this little action fight.. but i must say was that the hammer of dawn from gears of war? and also was that the guy from flcl o.O if so i give u major props in it on this fine fighting flash movie :)
