Full title - Super Smash Bros Brawl - The Battle For Yoshi! Hey guys, let's get right to the point, this is my first professional animation, and it is a TRAILER of things to come, so please don't review complaining that it is too short. Bear in mind I'm 13 years old, and just starting out in animation. Any tips would be extremely useful. I don't own most of the sprites in this movie, required images are copyright Nintendo.

Wait! I can explain!
This is not because I am a sprite hater. I love sprites. Ithink that sprites should be mandatory in Flash videos. It's just that the animation and the severe lack of SFX killed this production. However, the plot did help a little in my rating.

I think taking into account that you are 13 years old, you have made a good attempt at your first movie. I would agree with Helmholzs comments. It would be a better movie if it flowed without buttons. You could have added sound and voices.
I am not really a fan of sprite stuff and personally and would encourage any young artist to try and find a style of their own ( BY DRAWING!!!!). Having said all of that, it took courage to put you first animation on Ng which is a very critical environment.
Dont give up and take note of these comments.

Where's the content? I couldn't bother to sit through the entire thing, I was so bored! If you want to catch a viewer's attention, put something in your movie that's going to do it. Also, you had WAY too many buttons in this. Learn to use timers for your text, just like you're animating the text itself. Nobody's going to need longer than a second to read the word "meanwhile" so don't insert a button to continue underneath it! I felt as if I were watching a powerpoint slide show with animated transitions rather than a flash animation.
Seriously, re-design the way you make movies, and try again.
