The graphics were pretty good. Definitely above average for your first movie. You added some good sound effects in here too. I'm sure the second episode will be even more successful than this one.

Needs some music to fill in the gaps. The beginning I have no suggestions, but something ambient would fit well towards the end.

I can't believe that this is your first flash! At the beginning, all I could think was "This needs rock music", where there is violence, there must be ROCK!!! I also enjoy seeing a familiar charactor every now and then. You should definatly do a collection of Marvel flash movies.
