Good music, no sound effects sadly, the animation movements are simple and good, the graphics are OK, there's a lot of room for improvements, keep it up and let's see your next work. At the end he steals the ring from that dead body, may be that's a powerful ring with magical powers...keep on the story.

A random chance...

First, ive given you a relatively high score for the same reason as phexion and your animation is actually pretty good. Secondly, (and this is where the random chance happened) I tend to tally up videos and games on my computer so i don't have to w8 for them all to load one at a time, and i found that on the game shrink (which deserved the good score) the theme song by Bob-Music was pretty good and sounded great when mixed with the song on your animation. The song is titled "Bob-Lucid" and i hope if you make any updates that you mix this song with the current one to make an awesome vid.

PS: i watched it w/o BobLucid in the background... (not good)

The tweens didn't look too good, but where you used frame by frame, it usually turned out pretty good looking. The art of some of the characters looked very rushed and not great, and sometimes when the ninja ran it looked pretty silly. it was like the style changed sometimes from very serious to suddenly old-school newgrounds cartoony, ya know?

Pretty good choice of music, but it got very repetitive, and there were no voices or sound effects so it was more like a music video which got a little boring at times. Overall, good job, needs some work, but nice job. Keep animating.
