Today Cyberen is waiting for the Sylvia Plath Memorial Hospital to be rebuilt, and is currently being treated by Dr. Buttswallows in the Cyberen-cave. The good doctor receives word from the Charitable Hospice Organization Dignifying Entreaties - recognizing Cyberen's notable philanthropy in the field of gay-rights - wants to grant Cyberen 1 wish to fullfill, lest he die utterly, utterly alone and unfulfilled. Cyberen, of course, wishes to hang out with his idol, Jhonen Vasquez.

After Vasquez responds to the Charitable Hospice Organization Dignifying Entreaties with a long, uncalled for, and downright vulgar list of things he would rather do than hang out with Cyberen, the Charitable Hospice Organization Dignifying Entreaties refuses to come up short, and unloads Coheed and Cambria right on Cyberen! He isn't pleased at first, but when the kind-hearted band members do a touching rendition of they're old hit song "A Favor House Atlantic", Cyberen decides that progressive rock doesn't really, really, really suck!
