So first off this (in my opinion) is vague continuation of the third video called " Bull's "Meteor Garden" ". So just to understand some of it you can always watch that video. Although it isn't directly related so there isn't a need.

This is the story of an average Highwayman, on an average day, about to go rob a bank like average highwayman do.
This is fairly short as well.
