Editing software was used to convert color to black and white. The short also features Spunky from Rocko's Modern Life.
The short was made in a silly, low-budget style fashion. This animated short is supposed to initiate a new-age vaudeville. Sorta like the silent films of the 20th century until the 1920s.

This was pretty pointless, and the filter effect you added didnt really help.
You should add sounds, maybe some subtle music, like pizzicato strings just to add some sort of mood and also add a punchline, like "hologramman" mentioned.

I love it! Rocko rocks and the animation is cool too. It's a bit hard to see the cat sometimes but oh well.
ummm...
Was the animation stop motion? and im not so sure that really had a story behind it.
