Since I was 7 I've been creating characters for this series, based on people I've come to know in my crazed life. Character Bios, and a short explanation of what Medals are, are at the end of the movie for those of you who'd wanna know. Some day I hope to make it into a full-fledged Manga/ Anime!
Oh, and the song is the Opening for Tekken 2.
EDIT: BTW there's a secret Bio in the movie. It goes by kinda fast so I'll tell ya. Click on the dead guard leaning against the fence.

I like this..its very interesting. You have set up an entire world and anime. The idea is great as well. The animation was smooth too.
