Once again I'll mention that this story arc is actually mirroring what's happening with Cyberen in real life right now. You might want to watch the last 2 episodes for reference.

Last episode, Bad Boris gave away Cyberen's secret hideout in Happy Hospital's burn ward, where he was mistakenly assigned a bed to recover from the horribly disfiguring burns that were actually his face. Cyberen is so full of chemo that he is just fit to blow! And, boy howdy, does he ever, blow CHUNKS, that is, all over Happy Hospital's happy walls! In fact, Cyberen can't stop puking! The doctors tell wise ole Granny Cyberen that it's normal to vomit excessively after chemo, but when the entire first floor becomes flooded with her grandson's vomit, Granny Cyberen suspects that something is up!

The doctors confess that Cyberen will not stop puking, and they do not know how to make him stop, and because Happy Hospital is shaped like Sylvia Plath, landing a helicopter would be all but impossible. In short, if Cyberen doesn't stop puking, everyone in the hospital will drown! When they reach the top few floors with Cyberen still puking away, it would seem that Sylvia Plath's head is stuck in an oven of impending doom.
