"This is the future. In an effort to overcome the physical limitations of the human body, humans have started experimenting with synthetic implantations. The only company that has achieved success with this endeavor is Cybernetic Resouces Inc. "CRI" for short. CRI has a total of 50 implanted humans ranked from 1 to 50 by their effectiveness in combat.
There is only one rule for these humans: Obey the company's orders at all costs. Any act of deviation will result in an immediate termination by the detonation of a small nuclear bomb implanted in each human as a safeguard.

Everything is like... idk, like the stuff that would always happen in movies like these, with the two brothers that fight, and by no matter how futuristic it is, use swords, and the lazorz they shoot out of their hands...
Next time dont use this history, it has been used over and over, and nowadays it's pretty boring and predictable.

Not bad, but...
The overall animation and story were quite good. That being said, however, I just have to point out that a lot of the imagery and dialouge were cliched to the point of being hackneyed, so much so that the viewer is able to anticipate not only what will be said but the way in which the characters will look saying it. Mix it up a little by using new script and orginal scenes and you have yourself a winner.

Animation is pretty bad, coupled with some truly terribly annoying crap music. I honestly cannot say anything good about this movie, besides for the story in the beginning, which made it seem like it was going to be a good movie, but it fails.
A job well done; let your brother know
Good premise, kept my attention. A little improvement on art and some vocal talent thrown into the mix would take this to a higher level. Tell Manual to keep working at it.
