Not as good as first one
To be honset your first one was better. I think that you need to work on your layers because sometimes he went through the ground. you could also make the car doors open. yeah but otherwise it's good.

I'm not very good with storylines, so the only idea I had was for the gang to attack him for no reason, so yea...

Funny concept but start working on some more fluid animations it seemed a little bit scetchy at times.
