For the last month or 2 I've been messing with and researching all the stuff about the leetstreet boys never thought they had a newgrounds though I've wasted so much time on just messing with this dude who's like 30 now has anyone even been on this page like 10 years

In the animated manga department this is one of the best ive seen in a long time.
I really dont like this style much but i wont dock you for that.
Just lengthen it, and maybe a little more story next time.

It was a good start off, it looked good, but it needs more work.

Would it have been so hard to just animate this?

The art and presentation were VERY GOOD. But this isn't a flash comic or a cartoon, its an irritating mix of both, because some things were animated and others that could have been easily animated...just weren't. You're very good, but I really think you should consider just fully animating it, or having it not move at all. Please don't be Broken Saints, this could be something great if you just go ahead and animate it. This flash was unnecessarily short for the lack of animation effort.
