Yeah... you probably had fun making this and I can enjoy the fact that you were having fun but for me.. it wasn't really fun. All this game is is reading how you learned some basic programming. not really fun. It didn't seem really useful either for learning purposes. The language and setup were all a bit jumbled to be really useful.

While I greatly appreciate any Flash tutorials people make, sometimes they aren't as useful as they could be mostly because they assume the user has a large background on the program first. For example, I love the fact that you don't allow the user to copy/paste the code, but also you should EXPLAIN what the code does rather than just tell them to type it in...otherwise, they're stuck learning ActionScript without any clue as to why it works, only knowing that it does work. It doesn't create good coders.

Anyways, I think this could be a great tutorial if you just added a bit more help to the user. It's a good start, just needs more.

It dosnt actually function properly, your knowledge of Actionscipt is impressive though, next tim, put more effort into it, Im sure you can make an extreamely good tutorial
