Dude improve it by adding more frames and better sound quality also spend more time on creating a better background and try and make your own custom sprites?

Well for a first it wasn't too bad. Some of the sprite movement was noticably choppy. And you gotta love dumb fart jokes.
For your next you should try some non-sprite stuff.
