you must like tf2 for to make this and i like the idea to make an madness short to tf2 and good start.

try having them run around, add a little background, make them shoot at eachother and stuff instead of just having them stand there with some TF2 sounds going on
Kinda bad
The animation was kinda poor, could need a bit of improving. I also didn't like the way you explained the plot in the movie. If this took an hour to make then I suppose with more time and effort, you could make something decent.
