Everything was a little off sync and that character were just tweening all over the place. Some sounds were missing. But this being your first flash, it's awesome :)
Try less tweening and more layers and animating

It was ok for your FIRST submitted flash but yeah heres a couple of things to help you for next time. The sounds were way off and stopped even though he was still typing. Get a sound program to maybe stretch out the sound to make it last longer. It looked like he was punching the keyboard so let his hands rest. Though I don't know if that was what you were going for. The man behind him somehow levitated the chair so he didn't have to push it and it didn't make a sound? I don't get that. If he was trying to creep up at least make him push it. The drawings were ok, sort've beginner but you'll get better. And the voice acting was terrible. It almost seemed like when he yelled it translated to this: "Oh noes what ever shall I do". It seemed like you were to afraid to yell. Just get in a quiet place and go at it. It was good for a first and don't let low scores let ya down.

Yeah, I was afraid to scream :/ I recorded the voices when my parents were sleeping in the room next to my room xD
