First of all, no sound, second of all done a millioon time before, third of all a little boring....
You have potential though

Good for a beginner

This is clearly just a bit of playing with actionscript - using random numbers, if statements, simple maths, etc to put together a small game.
It wasn't very fun to play, but at least you're learning how to programme well so I'll give this a decent rating for that :D
