So, I have had this program a LONG time, and haven't done anything but draw single frames, so its time to flex my animation muscle.... which is pretty weak. Well, tell me what I can do better next time?

It's short, and yes the animation is a little rough, but the movie gave me a chuckle. I don't have specific advice to give you, except to keep working and making things.
Good start
Well the animation looked fine, and the material was funny, but I couldn't really understand the voice. It sounded really rough and scratchy. You've got some okay stuff going here though, don't totally give up.
