i think it's fun
not like "THE BEST THING EVER!", but it has acertain charm to it.
It was 20 seconds well spent.. I feel better now.. reminds me that there is someone out there who cares...

A very very very very very short project I made for my class in its last 2 weeks or so. I don't have flash at home, and I wish I did, so I could add a preloader.
The characters are all mine, and frankenfish and mrs. frankenfish were drawn by hand, scanned into photoshop, colored there, and then the frames were put together in flash, since (as evident by the octopus) I can't really draw in flash to save my life.
For what it is (an attempt to make something in flash) I hope it passes.
Better than stick people at least, eh?

Thanks! I wish I had more time to spend with flash and really learn about it, I feel I have more to offer if I am given the chance. Hopefully I can provide something much nicer when I get the opportunity in college :)

your animation skills are good. but you lacked a decent story. nevertheless brilliant for a first try. but where u sed better than stick people. it wasnt u shud giv them a try they can really imporve your skills in flash and stick movies get a huge amount of publicity on ng

If fish swam in an ocean of sugar
This was a sweet all be it short story. As i mentioned in a review for 'These She Is! Step 3' there is a niche for softer, lighthearted flashes on Newgrounds. This forefilled that gap nicely.
While your drawing had a slight roughness to it, still managed to create two endearing fish characters. Some extra frames would have seen the action go just a fraction smoother. The music piece you chose to back this story was lovely, and kept in full theme with relationship of the fish.
For a first entry thats not a bad effort at all Alyssa. I hope you have gained some passion for flash and that we see some more delicate pieces from you soon.

Thank you for the nice review. Hopefully in college when I have my own copy of flash I can learn more and produce something of much higher quality :)

I can't really say it's top flash material, but I can say you tried your best. And even so it is your first try.

Thank you for being kind :) I had actually done one other thing in flash before featuring fish last year but it was garbage and I put that on deviantart rather than newgrounds. I was surprised to hear such nice feedback for my first entry here :)
