Avoid the blue cars and reach your target, crash to often and your car is totalled.

The loading screen, title screen and winning/losing screen were done by Pixel Valve, thanks goes to them. This is my first real attempt at a flash game so please any suggestions are welcome.

A great start.

The graphics, sound, etc. are very poor, but you did manage to make it actually pretty fun. There were a few waves that were a little intense to dodge.

I would spend more time on graphics and sound, try to make the waves of cars less defined, up the framerate a tad, and up the difficulty a ton.

Also, I love the title screen. Looks great!

So while it was surprisingly fun, you really gotta up the cosmetic quality, add some variety, and tighten up the gameplay.

It was ok.

It was good but not great, needs audio for crashes or possibley some form of music (nothing beats 16 bit) then a story line... 'cause I have no idea why i was chasing a fiend... and, if it's not too much trouble, an instructions menu for the idiots.

nerke responds:

hey cheers for the input i was tinkering with sounds but i couldnt find any decent ones as for the instructions not a bad idea didnt really think they would be necessary but then again i suppose some people like to check that thanks again

SOUND

Add some sound. There's no reason you can't have music or sound effects on your first game. With no music, it's just dull. There isn't even a noise for when the car crashes.

I guess the rest of the game is okay. Try making one that's longer and more complex next time. But no sound (except at the start and end), really short, incredibly easy, equals 0/10

Impossible to play

There is no method of knowing which lane is empty to avoid hitting blue cars.

nerke responds:

not knowing where the cars are coming is kinda the point, if you knew which lane to go into then it would be even easier than it already is.

Sorry

even for a first attempt, its still bad, may I suggest next time, it would be fun to use a keyboard, SFX and BGM would help a lot since the only sound in the game is the Play button... your cars seriously need work, just crop and slice some pictures of real cars and maybe use a picture of a REAL road...

The aim of the game is to catch the fiend, but wheres the fiend?
