This is my final project for my Motion Graphics class. I'm a rank beginner, but I really love working in flash and hopefully i'll get better with time. thanks for taking the time to look at this! Inspired by my University's Gay-Straight organization, it's also the first time i have ever done anything that outwardly spoke of my homosexuality. And does anyone have a suggestion for learning more about actionscript?

To start of. I'm straight.....but I have just as many gay friends and acquaintances as I do straight and I work in West Hollywood. I agree with what you have to say. The presentation of this however, was boring and preachy. May I suggest when you want to send a message out there, sometimes the best way is to craft a piece of art around it and let it speak for itself. Most people don't like it thrown in their faces, and its often more effective and affective in art if you pose the question than set an answer for people. Also, the music choice....ouch, the music choice. I really think it negates the message of the piece by offsetting the tone of the message and by being a stereotypically gay song. I do applaud you for sticking this out there on an open forum and encourage you to grow if this is something you are interested in. Don't be discouraged. This is a site prone to a lot of childish commentary and flash, so be prepared for ignorant feedback. Good luck to you. Keep growing.

hmmm, i dont like the way people use the gay sexuality as if it were a fashion statement, its annoying how gays preach about how its great 2 be gay, cool 2 be gay, it might be if u are actually gay, but as a straight person it feels similar 2 ppl that try and preach religion, there is no divide between us, just different interests. annnnyyyyy wayyyyyyy was technically an ok flash presentation. would have benefitted from some more animation tho.

I am striaght to start with. Why does this keep getting pushed upon me. I don't have to accept gay as a way of life. And you don't have to make me agree. People who are gay are very unstable and not much fun to be around. I know I've worked around quite a few. You do what ever you think you have to do. I abhor violence against homosexuals. You don't need to protest. You people have what you want, go live it. Please tell us what we're not giving you! Just stop telling me I have to be friends with you. You cant tell us what to do! I treat homosexuals the same as I treat everyone else. I disagree with your way of life and you disagree with mine! Theres some common ground. Lets respect each other and stop pushing each others agenda.
