Ok this is my first game and i know its not that good but anyways you can dress him with those options i made it during school time so it took me like two days and help me improve aight peeps. oh yeah im not really sure were i got the music from but i found it on freeplaymusic .com

The music could barely count as a jingle. And quite simply I fail to believe you drew that picture of Master Chief, like zooos has already pointed out.
Not very passable at all, really. I don't like dress-em-up games, but even for a dress-up game this is poor. Try adding at least a little animation next time and draw your clips better, add shading and whatnot (like the drawing of master chief) and make sure you're the one who made it

I'm not much of a fan of dress up games in general. Not a terrible rendition of MC, but a little tall IMO.

i dont just bash dress up games like other people do,
the reason you have a low rating is the dress up items were poorly drawn(very sharp looking, no shading, and really not many options)
and the only thing that looked good was the master cheif, but i feel that you might of cut it out of a picture(because near the legs you see white lines)
Improve the graphics, add sound, and also draw everything yourself(even if you need to use a template)
and you will have something passable
