My second game includes two modes of play:
1) Advanced, with updated graphics, an altered control scheme and the addition of a multiplier to add an extra layer of depth to the gameplay.
2) Classic, your basic Snake game with monochromatic graphics.

I basically created this game because I remember playing QBasic Nibbles against my dad when I was a kid :) I wanted to update the gameplay, but in subtle ways so as not to ruin the experience for those used to playing the older versions.

Thanks for playing! :)

it is nice to bring back a classic

WOOT 16th on fast

Well done!

Thats snake!! i know that game!!

this is exactly what it says it is, and it is a good quality and well built game.

(i love the crash animation where the screen brakes)

You get my very first 10/10

now the idea of snake is not horribly original but the new control scheem is fun and ads all kinds of new problems to the game.

for fun and giggles try bonus modes with apples or gofers maybe a blood smear or 2, heck throw in a few diffrent skins for Snake as an easter egg and you will have the greatest game ever.

okay

It was a good/okay snake game. Nothing spectacular about it.

One complaint though, your hit tests. With what part of the snakes head you need to hit the 'ball'? Between the eyes? Many many times I've missed the ball eventhough visibly the snakes head did touch the ball. That causes me to run out of time and lose the multiplier bonus. That's not fun :P.

Hehe classic!

Ahh snake...
...This is a good game:

3/5
9/10

Excellent!

This is probably the best rendition of this game I've ever found on the net. Thank you for creating this!
