It's a short flash, but I kinda think that's what you're aiming for since you're planning on making a Palikat-Series with each vid being just a few seconds long.
But - this vid is neither funny, nor entertaining. It looks more like a test, and therefore it's pretty pointless.
I'd like to see more of this kind of stuff - if you're gonna put more effort into it and make it more entertaining.

Not bad random suicide has taken my heart. I look forward to more unfortunately so get of your butt and work work work! Just make it less um short...
My next animaiton will be 1,5min long. And it will have more random violence.

This did make me laugh out loud (I might of been the mis spelling of 'die' or the fact that he used a child's playground toy to kill himself) but I can't get over how short it is.
If you are going to use such a simple character design, I would try using a little bit more FBF if you could. It could help improve the style. The design as it is now makes his movements seem a little robotic. And considering the length of the animation, it couldn't of hurt to have added more detail into the background and the objects in the scene as well.
