Never ask strangers for beer. My second attempt at animation, I tried improving upon the faults of my last animation, which most of the complaints were, in fact, about the shitty drawings.

Your first problem is that your animation is is only slightly worse than the absolute worst that I have seen. Second, the flash only had one joke in it and that one joke wasn't even funny. You do get one star however for using some voice acting instead of the regular scrolling text that most new flash animators use, even though it wasn't particularly good voice acting.
Overall you should practice your animating skills a lot before you attempt your next flash.
PS: When I say you should practice, that doesn't mean submit your practice here, as some have been known to do.
