Star Work Episode 4

Author Comments

What's happenin', internet? I finished my latest Star Work toon early and thought I'd go ahead and release it to the masses.

In this exciting episode, Trooper and 10-lbs are forced to deal with the most annoying worker at their office. In the cartoon, that worker is personified as a giant, ugly and gelatinous blob and is based on a combination of several irritating people from my last job. I could never do their tendencies proper justice, you'd really have to know them, but I think I got the message across.

Anywho, feel free to give it a watch and tell me what you think. I look forward to all the comments I get about animating the characters better ;)
Cheers

(title in work)

Quite entertaining. Workplace humor seems to always be good in my eyes. The dialogue was funny and seemed natural, which really makes this a good series. The graphics weren't too impressive though. I think that is definitely weak point of this series.

Uptown-SlimJim responds:

The graphics, as it were, have been a weak point of mine for quite a while. I like to think I get by all the same, though.
Thanks for watching

Half Life

Is Troopers suit modeled after Gordan Freeman's HEV suit?

Uptown-SlimJim responds:

If it is I didn't do a very good job on it ;)

Really Good

this was really good. i think the animation could use some work though. that one guy...im forgeting not but..i think it was the guy in the orange suit..ANYWAY his upper body was blocky and kinda anoyed me. Also the voice acting for the robot was a lil weird. maybe im too much of an ass right now. but just trying to give so ideas on what to work on :D

Uptown-SlimJim responds:

I threw some crazy filter to distort the robots voice to make him sound more mechanical, I don't really like but I've done it since episode one and I figure I'd keep it for consistency's sake. Of course, it's entirely possible that you are being an ass right now.

Thanks for watching though, take care.

Hah

I loved it, it was very funny, and I loved the voice acting...suited the...odd characters.

Uptown-SlimJim responds:

Hope they weren't too odd, one is based directly on me. Thanks for watching

Really good

I've never seen any of the other star works before, but im going to now. I actually liked the animation, although I'm sure you're going to get people complaining about using tween's to much.

Uptown-SlimJim responds:

Tweens are the lazy man's best friend though
