This is my third Cibe's World cartoon. If you seen my previous cartoons, I hope this one shows improvement. I've gotten a better microphone and worked on my drawing and animation- though, of course, it's far from perfect. Any constructive criticism is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

It is a nice cartoon, and would make a good tv show, but it didn,t make me laugh. How ever the concept of rock paper skizzors in a great one, and with a little work, it would get 10 of my stars.
