I think there is opportunity for improvement. If you are willing to practice some more, maybe asking a few of your buddies at work or at school to criticize your next few flash animations (honestly, not like friends), you could get better.

I'm sorry, but I have gotten bored with all the stick figure/lineart flash animation out there. This one to me was just one more example amongst a sea of them. My reccomendation is for him to try something other than line art/stick drawings. Also, fight ones are a bit overdone too...
