It was good if you make these changes:
Higher FPS
Try to make his arms shake a mini bit just not stay there they are+make the arms follow the current gravity all the time e.x. when he jumps from a high place
Practise
never give up
Never be a flamer here

If you follow these things it should be great

It wasnt really awesome or anything, but Ive seen worse. Lots worse. Stick to the concept, improve the graphics and timing (and add something original, unexpected or even funny) and it might become something.
But it really wasnt that bad. Or good.
