First off sprite masterpiece is kind of an oxymoron because a masterpiece is normally defined as an extraodinary work of art whereas sprite takes absolutly no talent at all.
Second I'm not really sure if this was just a loop of the camera zooming on the two guys at the begining or not because I closed the flash out after about the second zoom but it sure seemed like it. If by some chance it went somewhere beyond that my suggestion to you would be to make that scene shorter so that it isn't completely boring.
