Anyways, I hope this will be good to get the main part of your HTML project together. Enjoy.

I consider this a game because you use your arrow keys, therefore making it interactive.

Update 1: Pictures added due to "lack of color", most say.

Update 2: PLEASE, ALL PEOPLE WHO WATCH THIS VIDEO, THE TITLE TAG ON PAGE 7 IS NOT CLOSED. IF YOU WERE TO COPY THE CODING, PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU CLOSE THE SECOND TITLE CODE. SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE.

..Er.

Sorry, hope I don't offend, but I really don't get this. I mean, why a flash tutorial? There's so many sites offering a text tut in this, with varying degrees of difficulty. This type of thing is really, really not suited to a small, noisy .swf. It just becomes hard to follow, difficult to navigate and very messy. Furthermore Newgrounds is really one of the last places people are going to look for a guide to beginners HTML. There were a good few flaws in there too. Off the top of my head you use CSS for coding a background colour, when this can easily be achieved with simple HTML without the need to switch to CSS formatting.

If your profile is anything to go by, though, you're doing well for a 13 year old, despite what I've said.

I hope to see your name above a frontpaged .swf in the next few years.

Sweet.

Good stuff. I know a lil' HTML from my job, but this helped clean it up some.

anyhoo, page 7 has an error. The title tag isn't closed, it's just repeated. Maybe someone already mentioned this.

Pixellator responds:

Ooh, thanks for catching that. Although I can't fix it. I lost the SWF... HOW?! I do not know.

Convenient

I just got a html + xhtml book and a css book from my library =P.
Anyways i needed this information and not trying to be superficial in any way but the design didn't hold me. I lost interest, it's just like looking at plain pieces of paper with writing on. Has correct information and valuable information but the design really didn't hold me. Let me put it into perspective; My library book.. full of vibrant colours and pages, holding your attention enough to read the information. On the other hand, your work; Valuable information but plain, boring colours.

If you really want help in making it better i could re-design it for you, if not then that's understandable it's your own work.

ANYWAYS lol, i'm currently doing classes on web-design, flash, animation, html etc. So like i've said this information is quite valuable.

Good work and sorry for the novel review =P.

-Aidan.

Pixellator responds:

At least it was constructive criticism. And I added a few pictures, just so you know.

Good as starter tutorial

Yep, the summary makes my point.

Pixellator responds:

Thanks. Thanks like very much, bro.

Good tutorial

Nice job, and thanks for using my music! Audio quality could be a little better though.

Pixellator responds:

I still don't know how to make the audio better, I'll get to work on that.
