It was unique

This is one of those cartoons where I couldn't really find anything particularly good or bad about it. You read my mind as I was wondering what that guy's ethnicity was. I think it's pretty interesting you at least somewhat based this on a true story. The animation was pretty rough; the best part was probably the cop's design. I would recommend making something like working on the color effects, which are a weak spot. It was a little hard to follow, meaning it could have had some funnier stuff.

It Was: Mediocre at best, a good style, good attention to detail,

The voices need to be more continuous so you dont get a click of the microphone turning off and a long pause between each person speaking.

Good animation i liked how people walked. I also noticed the reference to jerry jackson. I like how that was put in.

Possible Improvements: Better sound, I can imagine this move would be good as a "what should steve do next" kind of movie.
