Just a looped video
This is not a flash so much as a looped video. There is no artistry here, no attempt to draw, just a loop of an mpg or avi or whatever file the original was.
But this video does show one thing and it is a decent public service for all its other failings: Ghetto is trash, no matter how much "money" they have, trash is trash.
