Hey! To start this decade right, we believe Newgrounds should be ad-free for EVERYONE. For this to work, we need people who have the means to become paying supporters. For just $3 per month or $25 for the year, you can help this happen and get some nice perks!

For the month of January we have disabled ads on all E-M content. We need 172 people to reach our January goal of 3,000 active supporters. If we hit that, we'll continue with a new goal in February!

Please check out our Supporter Upgrade and consider coming aboard!

Here's a little game I made. It took four tutorials and a lot of guess-work with Actionscripting to put this together. I probably won't finish it for quite a while, because I need more help with things like:
Randomly spawning enemies
Weapon shop
Experience levels
Please provide helpful advice in the comments section. I'M REALLY PROUD OF THIS AND I WANT TO MASSIVELY IMPROVE ON IT!!!
Thanks

good demo

Kwing responds:

I suppose I could have expanded upon this at some point.

Dude, this was good!

I was really surprised at how well, and smoothly it went. You should probably make a couple different difficulty settings, because although we found this easy, we do this a lot, and some noobs may find it difficult and bitch and moan about, "it's too hard, I want my mommy"
So I think a congratulations is in order. Well done. Finish it up, pop it out, and I will be sure to try it out. I am very pleased with this game.

Kwing responds:

10/10??? Wow! Thanks!

here's some help

Just incase you havnt noticed yet, if you walk diaganally, his legs stop moving. Also you can have infinate health(that may have been on purpose) and the "more enemy" button doesnt work(you probably knew that)

Kwing responds:

I thought I removed the More Enemy button. :P

good start...

This is a good beginning. I can't wait to see the finished version. Fix a few things, like the unlimited health, add some extra guns or grenades, and you'll have yourself a pretty nice little game. Good Job!

Kwing responds:

Glad you liked it!

Hmmmm...

Quite good. I might suggest a bomb and, as opposed to one moving health randomly spawning healths. It was good overall

Kwing responds:

Thanks! Now I'm a bit more experienced with Flash (this review is more recent than the submission), I can make the health pack happen!
