I understand it's your first flash...

This seems, to me, like something you made because you were bored. It may have taken a couple hours, but remember, masterpieces sometimes take a lot longer. This had potential, as most claymation does, but it just looks like you didn't spend enough time with it.

make it longer, and in some joints to your clay men. If you can throw in some music, and maybe some other sound effects.

Give it another shot man, and learn from this one.

You really need some form of foundation man, I know this is your first flash, but actually dedicate some time to your art work. Remember, instead of pushing a product out, try to pushing out an art piece, which involves lots of creative thought and time.
