Numerous things...
The sound effects are infuriating for a start - maybe try recording some of your own to suit the exact situation instead of recycling monster noises. It seemed like a good idea (too bad they don't have a category for 'Concept'), but one which could have been better executed. Maybe you should try drawing things on flash or whatever program you use to create backgrounds consistent with the animation.
One more thing - stop using pictures of the Twin Towers: it will just upset people.
weird != automatic funny
So yeah ... just making something really weird doesn't mean it's instantly funny. This involves the only use of sound effects more annoying than the ads on Newgrounds. In summation, this was lame.

Is this suppossed 2 be a tribute 2 9/11.. some tribute. U kinda made it look like a big joke and what was with the godzilla then. It was gay and all. I thought the movie sucked and so did the graphics and everything else. The movie looked like a elementary kid's work and ur drawing capabilities suck. I thought it was a giant rat still it started meowin then i thought it was a rat that meowed like a cat. If i where u id stop makin movies cause u suck and have no skill. leave it up 2 other pl that can actually do a decent job.
