nice start, but it's still not too good.

First off, you have all the ideas down, and your drawing isn't too bad, so you get some good credit there. The animating itself needs work, the whole flash was pretty choppy, and there's no way you can possibly think those voices sound good.
It's a nice start, but you definately have a lot further to go before this is a relatively good flash.
