I doesn't really like it, but..

I think you deserve that the flash passes.
Anyway, the animations is really lame and the graphics too. Practice! (Even more! :O)
Please increase the framerate and put in some background music and some sound FX (check out Findsounds.com)!
However, I think it's a good start for a first submission.
Keep it up! :)
