Decent concept...

...but poorly executed. The frame rates were kind of low, which didn't create that much of a problem until the heaven level where he moves kind of fast. The game is way too easy because the background is in black and white, he's the only moving object, and he's blue. The game was way too short. I would have given you 2/10 (1/5), but because you put some gay phrase ("KILL THAT SON OF A DIDDLY") in the briefing of one of the levels, I'm giving you a 0/10 (0/5).

well i shot 2 guys the looked the same, didnt love it didn't hate it,
normal game could use some better animation
and u typed you would be undoubtably be sent, it has 2 times be :p one is enough,

Needs a little fine-tuning.

By that I mean that the premise of the game is good, and the satirical, almost half-assed nature of the game is perfect for the likes of NG.
However, in the heaven level in particular, the low framerate of the animation made it very difficult to predict Frank's motions, making it harder than it needed to be to shoot him.
Other than that, you might want to put some more detail into the characters and background. One thing you should probably do is add some civilian characters... Because as the game stands, all I really had to do was look for the first moving object...
Another thing is that since the background is black and white, and the target is in blue, all I really had to do was find the blue... You should probably colour in the background to help stop this. (And a blue sky on the Heaven level would certainly make the shot a bit harder.)

As it stands, I don't think this game is worth more than four stars... But if my above suggestions were taken into account and acted upon, I would probably give this game a higher rating... Maybe seven or more stars.

Unpolished but fun.

I'd give it even five. It's clear you still need some improvement, but for a first submission (and an 'I'm just bored' submission on top of that) it's not bad at all. What's important is the fun factor, and you've got that. Just work on, well, everything (graphics, story, etc.) and you could wind up doin' pretty well for yourself.

Animation needs work though, and the graphics (Flow of the pictures and the pictures themselves.) Though It wasn't too bad like you said. But it could be longer and why the *** did you use diddly instead of bi***? not trying to be rude, just curios. - 5/10 & 2/5 - KamiCosmic
