I kinda liked the background, but can you make the art a little bit
better. the gameplay was O.K. so it deservs a 5.

Seems like you are onto somthing, perhaps testing an idea for a scrolling shooter or perhaps just a dodging game, with some more work and time it could be somthing cool.
