Surprised me
Some of the pics really shocked me. Ok you might have done this as a little joke or maybe you unintentionally did this but the human heart is supposed to be "treat it" not "eat it"

Is it a yummy treat or nasty condition? Find out if you can really tell the difference in this fun game where you get to decide whether the picture is of a tasty snack or something much worse. The squeamish better beware - you may be surprised by what your favorite snacks look like up close!

Awsome game, and the pictures were just so hard to tell. I was kind of surprised when it sayed that people ate hearts or whatever. That was just wierd,but great. Keep up the awsome work! :]

No way to know.
Since the whole point of the game seems to be to present an image that's impossible to know the nature of, there's no reasonable guessing possible. Slow and unentertaining.
Bug
Good game I guess even thogh the concept is overplayed a bit but I noticed a bug.
"Eat It" was right for the human heart, I doubt that was intentional right?
