Miko is a Chiwawa, but unlike most Chiwawas he is really really big. Morbidly obese. When his owners go across the border to Walmart Miko encounters a little difficulty in going about his normal life.
A Mexican friend of mine helped me come up with the idea... (actually he's Bolivian, but nobody ever recognizes his true nationality).
