Great effort.

Most people just make bad dress up but I thought this one was really cool. It was also helpful because of the tutorial. Still this is great, and because of you, I know how to make one now. Keep it up! :]

Tutorial?

Woah, wow, I was not expecting a lot out of a submission like this, simply because they don't tend to be done to well. And this isn't exactley an exception, but I was plesentley surprised at the fact that you added a tutorial to the submission, that extra bit of work really is quite neat to see. The only really good thing about this submission is the fact that it has some niceley drawn characters, the lines are solid and it looks good, but again, that's really it. Overall this submission really isn't that good, but dress ups don't do that well anyway.

It was good, nice graphics, a good layout, and even a part on saying how to make your own, so thanks for that part.
Also, you should make another one with some more extra parts in it.
