OK, it was good for a tutorial, but you didn't give us much to look at, and normally you don't lip sync indivual letters, instead you lip sync the syllables.
And next time include a mute button.

I really love these kinds of tutorials. This tuturial was just great, and it had great graphics. I'm thinking of making flash, and I think this could help me out a lot. Still keep it up! :]
