About a sick cop who makes a documentary confessing his crimes before he dies, hoping to get into Heaven.
Made for a local contest here in Spokane, WA. I had 2 days from start to finish. Like my last 2 entries, Mr. Saves The Day, and Twist of Fate, I decided to go for another cartoon.
This might play in front of the people of Spokane, where they know of these actual events and places, and people who were deeply affected by some of these topics that are parodied in this cartoon.
