I'm at a loss here.
I'm going to be perfectly honest right now. I have no clue what this is. I was watching Wild West Tech on the History channel and I had Flash up at the same time - and this just sort of drew itself. I guess the cane comes from the holiday commercial, and the hat the Wild Western idea... But no idea what this... thing initially is.

Hahaha, the color changing background makes my room light up in different colors cuz I was watching this at night lol. Anyways, funny man XD.
